Perneita Farrar, M.Ed, Esq.

Perneita Farrar is an attorney in the MD & DC metropolitan area. Prior to attending law school, she earned a degree in Public Health and a Master's degree in Education, which led to a successful career as a health care educator. For Perneita, pursuing a law degree was a means to continue her passion and efforts in educating adults and advocating for marginalized communities. As a lawyer, Perneita goes beyond the document drafting process because she is equally passionate about leaving the client well informed on the power of generational wealth and quality of life through a sound estate plan.

At the height of Perneita's earlier career, she suffered a permanent disability which thrusts her into an unfamiliar world where she was forced to navigate issues of long-term care, guardianship, Medicare & Medicaid, Social Security and Disability rules and regulations. Through this experience, she knew that her mission was to use her background and personal experiences to help others understand the impact of these systems on their financial future and estate planning goals. Perneita enjoys working with clients on a 1:1 basis and her compassion is evident in her relationships with her clients.
